It is a day when the students or the disciples celebrate the role of their Guru in their lives. This festival is normally celebrated in the month of Ashadh according to the Hindu calendar on a full moon day. The bookmarks were decorated using colourful beads and quotes about children's day. Class II students made wall hangings using ice cream sticks. Class III students made wall hangings out of waste materials.
Class IV students made drawings of games played by their parents when they were kids and the games played by themselves now.
Class V students prepared beautiful posters on Nehru's vision. The show presented by the senior students reflected on our self conscious attempts that we model ourselves on old and borrowed parental paradigm that does not allow our children to grow in real sense.
Thus, we must create an atmosphere of absolute love and understanding for development of our children in the best possible way. On the occasion,the school principal, Mrs.
